KIDS MINISTRY
Our Sunday morning service starts at 9am.
We worship together in the auditorium. The children then go to their individual classes for a fun morning with their teachers and friends!
As a team of Kids Ministry teachers and helpers, our main goals are to show our Hillside Kids the love of Jesus and to make each Sunday an awesome experience for every child!
Our Kids Ministry team is made up of an incredible team of volunteers that absolutely love Jesus and are passionate about teaching children about Him.
Our heart is that each child will know:
- their identity is firmly rooted in Jesus
- the Bible is the Living Word and full of treasures for them to discover
- they are loved beyond measure by the One who created heaven and earth
- that he/she has each been given gifts to use in His Kingdom
We love using object lessons, bible stories, crafts, games, soaking time and Kingdom encounters to make each Sunday unique, and for every child to connect with the King.
It is an absolute joy and a privilege for us to spend our Sunday mornings with our
Hillside kids!

OUR CLASSES
Age 2 - 5
You are never to small to learn that you are a ‘Child of God’! Playdough, popcorn and a room full of giggles makes this class super special.
GR. R - 1
Raising up little leaders. Learning about Jesus and who He made us to be, His love for us, and praying for each other is heaps of fun!
GR. 2, 3, 4
Bring your Bible along!
We love to have big conversations about God! Getting to know Him more is our weekly goal.Â
GR. 5, 6, 7
Over a mug of hot chocolate, there is much discussion and tools shared about how we can change the world and grow in our faith.
Ephesians 3:19 And I pray that… together with all the saints, you may know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to measure of all the fullness of God.
